Holy bananas! This ice cream parlor itself is charming, yet very adorable. I mean there is so much pink inside the store, which screams out "cuteness overload." So many ice cream flavours to choose from and they let you sample if you are iffy about a certain flavour. A wide range of eccentric flavours - Lily likey! EDIT: I had this as a draft back in 2019 and didn't get around to posting it until now. Then I realize this shop has closed. I'm so devastated ;-;
Absolutely devastated to hear that Sweet Rendezvous is closed. I was one of their first employees and I can assure you that no business owners have ever made me feel quit like family as much as Shar and BJ. 2nd parents to me and to all of the staff. Always checking up on the employees, making sure we are fed, always welcoming and comforting to anyone who steps foot in the establishment. I lost contact over the years but I love you all! I have never seen or heard of this store ever, but after shopping at Dick's Sporting Goods we saw a lot of families gathered here outside and we wanted to check it out. Turns out it's a really good ice cream joint. There's lots of parking in the huge plaza, and the interior was so pink and poppin and in ya face! (inna good way). The cashier/scooper was incredibly nice & graced us with their own personal recommendations. Dope how they also sell merch. Their prices were reasonable from what I remember, and I'd definitely come back for their unique flavors if I'm in the area! We got green tea and vanilla, cant go wrong with that!
A very cute little ice cream and dessert shop with so many delicious treats! Each ice cream you order also comes with a "teaser" so you get to try one additional flavor! We got the Teaser Heaven, which is a sample of 5 different teaser scoops! It wasn't a lot of ice cream but it was worth it to try! They have many different ice cream flavors here, but my favorites were "Heaven" and "1020"! They even have a few dairy free options, but they are all fruity sorbets. The people I came with mentioned that their waffle cones were pretty flaky and were falling apart so maybe order an extra cup on the side if you're thinking about getting a waffle cone! I can't wait to try more flavors in the future!
Great little ice cream place! They have so many interesting flavors of ice cream. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The ice cream itself was super creamy and delicious. I would highly recommend their toasted almond and Malai kulfee flavors. Their chocolate chip Sunday with brownies and fudge is also quite good if you are a chocoholic. I look forward to try saffron pistachio the next time around. One should probably do a teaser flight to taste different flavors before picking a favorite for the next time. Over all it's a great find and I can see myself returning here for all my ice cream craving this summer!
(Pre pandemic): Super cute little ice cream shop that I ALWAYS wanted to try since middle school, and I finally got to try many many years later LOL Since it was our first time there, we wanted to try out the flavors and the worker was super sweet and kind, and just very patient with us (we were also the only ones there so we didn't feel rushed, so I'm glad we had time to decide). There's also so many flavors to choose from but I went with Gold ribbon & I forgot what my bonus flavor was but it was really good! (I think maybe affogato idek) The pineapple coconut was also delish and ube is already my favorite so I knew it was gonna be good!
